EVRA IN PASSIONATE SUPER LEAGUE APPEAL

Manchester United legend Patrice Evra has made a passionate appeal to the public on the controversial European Super League via his official Twitter handle. The Frenchman believes that the battle is not won as regards the Super League as he hit out at those behind the creation of the closed competition.

Patrice Evrais clearly not in support of the doomed Super League but he has been stunned by the way football bodies, UEFA and FIFA have rapidly risen to the challenge of tackling the Super League because of the financial gains involved.

ARSENAL: XHAKA HITS BACK AT EVRA

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has hit back at ex-Manchester United player Patrice Evra for inciting social media abuses with his comments as a pundit. Ex-Manchester United left-back Patrice Evra had called out Xhaka during the home game with Burnley in the Premier League in December. Patrice Evra was doing his punditry work on Sky Sports when he mentioned that Arsenal legend Thierry Henry turned off the TV when he sawXhaka lead out the team during his visit to his house. Patrice Evramentioned his interaction with Thierry Henry while pointing out that Xhaka is unreliable as an Arsenal player. The Swiss international was sent off during that Burnley game after grabbing the throat of Clarets midfielder Ashley Westwood. Arsenal were the better team until the red card incident involving Xhaka. In the end, Arsenal went on to lose 1-0 at home to Burnley courtesy the own goal from star striker Pierre-EmerickAubameyang.Xhaka came in for a lot of criticisms on social media for his action against Ashley Westwood during the game but he has been able to bounce back to produce some assured displays for the Gunners until the second league meeting with Burnley at the weekend.

EVRA REVEALS WHAT FORMER UNITED MANAGER SIR ALEX TOLD TWO OF HIS PLAYERS

Former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra was in a reminiscent mood as he recalled what his former manager Sir Alex Ferguson once said to two of the players who played under the legendary Scot during his time managing the Red Devils. Evra has now revealed that the former manager told him and one other former Manchester United Player that they were going to become good managers in the future, and the Frenchman has now started his coaching badges.


The firmer left-back enjoyed a successful stint at United under Sir Alex and won a couple of titles including one Champions League trophy, five Premier League titles, four League Cups, and four Community Shield titles. While the former France international defender wants to venture into management and is already taking lessons, he issued a statement warning that being a great manager does not have anything to do with being a great player. EVRA HAS NO PREFERENCE FOR MANAGEMENT

 

Manchester United legend Patrice Evra has said that he has no team on his mind as regards stepping into management. Patrice Evra has been preparing himself for his new career as a coach and he’s happy to start his coaching career at any club. The ex-Manchester United left-back made this known in an exclusive interview with the Manchester United podcast. According to Patrice Evra, he has no particular team in mind when it comes to taking his first steps into management.

Patrice Evra retired from football last year after a successful career and he has been in the process of getting his UEFA A and B coaching licencessince his retirement form the round leather game. He has been studying for the licences alongside Ashley Cole, a fellow left-back who played for Arsenal and Chelsea in the Premier League.

EVRA REVEALS HENRY STANCE ON XHAKA

 

Patrice Evra has revealed the opinion of Arsenal legend Thierry Henry on one of the Arsenal players. Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has been a controversial figure at the club since his big money move from Borussia Moenchengladbach four years ago and ex-Manchester United left-back has exposed Thierry Henry and his opinion on the footballing ability of the previously mentioned Xhaka. Granit Xhaka is in the news again for the wrong reason for the umpteenth time after his moment of madness during the Premier League game with Burnley at the weekend. Xhaka was sent off after he grabbed the throat of Burnley midfielder Ashley Westwood. Initially, he was given a yellow card before VAR picked it up and the yellow card was overturned for a red card.

After a goalless first half, hosts Arsenal were in the ascendancy at the start of the second half before the moment of madness from Xhaka. Buoyed by the numerical advantage, Burnley went on to secure a famous 1-0 win at the Emirates Stadium courtesy the own goal from Gunners skipper Pierre-EmerickAubameyangas his team recorded their fourth straight home defeat in the league.

Patrice Evra Mocks Ronaldo with a Training Clip

 

It is very common among the players that they mock each other mentioning some special incidents or some special videos. Likewise, Patrice Evra has posted a video of Cristiano Ronaldo which was taken long ago when they used to play for Manchester United. They were teammates from 2006 to 2009 and they have lots of beautiful memories to share together. They helped the club to win 3 English Premier League trophies and one Champions League title. The time both of them played for Manchester United was marked as the golden time of the club.

Patrice Evra posted on Instagram about their achievements and the type of training they used to go through.

In an Instagram post, Patrice Evra joked with his former teammate saying that they had to go through very tough training when both of them used to win trophies for the club. He has also left some positive messages to Cristiano Ronaldo so that he can continue with his winning habit. He has requested Cristiano not to get distracted from his goal. Actually, Patrice Evra wanted to highlight the reaction of Ronaldo after watching the training of one of his teammates then.
